Our membership represents all facets of the produce and transportation industry dealing in fresh fruit and vegetables. Anyone who grows, buys, sells, brokers or provides transportation services for produce should be a DRC member to reduce financial risk and improve profitability.
Membership is open to all firms who conduct business in a country that is a signatory to an internationally recognized arbitration convention, such as the New York Convention.
The DRC’s jurisdiction extends to disputes between members who are party to transactions entered into commerce in North America.
DRC members include:
- Growers, shippers, wholesalers, retailers, foodservice distributors and brokers who handle fresh fruits and vegetables.
- Carriers, transportation intermediaries and freight contractors who are engaged in the transportation of fresh fruits or vegetables.
