Founded in 2000, the Fruit and Vegetable Dispute Resolution Corporation (DRC), a not-for-profit membership-based, international entity serving the fresh produce trade. The DRC offers its members harmonized standards, procedures, and services that help them avoid commercial disputes. With consultation, mediation, and arbitration services available, the DRC provides efficient and cost-effective dispute resolution procedures for all its members.
In collaboration with industry associations and government bodies, the DRC strives to improve legislation, establish industry standards, and create a fair and equitable environment for all participants.
