Cependant, cela arrive \u00e0 l\u2019occasion et, bien souvent, une consultation se m\u00e9tamorphose en m\u00e9diation informelle. Apr\u00e8s avoir trait\u00e9 des milliers d\u2019appels de ce genre au cours des ann\u00e9es, nous l\u2019avons bien compris. Le mieux vous \u00eates capable d\u2019expliquer en d\u00e9tail votre r\u00e9clamation, le plus facile ce sera de traiter de sa cause principale. Nous laisser savoir que ceci ou cela s\u2019est produit n\u2019a gu\u00e8re de valeur si aucune preuve ne vient l\u2019\u00e9tayer, en particulier lorsque les parties ne s\u2019entendent pas sur ce qui s\u2019est pass\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Si vous vous appuyez sur ces documents, attachez-en une copie\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Connaissement<\/li>\n<li>Facture<\/li>\n<li>Bon de commande<\/li>\n<li>Inspection<\/li>\n<li>Comptabilisation des ventes<\/li>\n<li>Toute autre document pertinent \u00e0 l\u2019affaire en cause<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><u>Assurez-vous que les faits que vous soumettez en preuve sont exacts<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Vous seriez surpris par le nombre de r\u00e9clamations qui nous arrivent avec des erreurs d\u2019arithm\u00e9tique. V\u00e9rifiez vos documents deux fois plut\u00f4t qu\u2019une.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>N\u2019envoyez pas de documentation relative \u00e0 un autre envoi ou une autre journ\u00e9e. M\u00eame si l\u2019autre partie pourrait ne pas se rendre compte du subterfuge, l\u2019\u00e9quipe de la DRC s\u2019en apercevra s\u00fbrement, et cela pourrait se refl\u00e9ter dans nos commentaires et observations port\u00e9s au dossier dans cette affaire.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><u>Apprenez \u00e0 conna\u00eetre les r\u00e8gles de la DRC<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Plusieurs cas nous sont soumis parce que l\u2019une des parties n\u2019a pas suivi les r\u00e8gles. Il incombe au destinataire-acheteur de prouver qu\u2019un envoi est arriv\u00e9 en mauvaises conditions. Une inspection doit \u00eatre demand\u00e9e conform\u00e9ment aux r\u00e8gles \u00e9tablies dans les directives sur l\u2019arrivage de marchandises de la DRC.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>En pr\u00e9sence d\u2019un courtier, connaissez bien les r\u00e8gles qui les gouvernent. \u00ab\u00a0Mais j\u2019ai appel\u00e9 le courtier\u00a0\u00bb est un refrain tr\u00e8s familier\u2026 mais le courtier n\u2019est pas responsable de transmettre une r\u00e9clamation \u00e0 l\u2019autre partie, et les aiguilles de l\u2019horloge continuent d\u2019avancer alors que l\u2019inspection est due.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><u>Ne tentez pas de d\u00e9nigrer l\u2019adversaire<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Qualifier votre adversaire de tous les noms n\u2019aidera pas votre cause.
