En vertu du RSAC, qui entre en vigueur le 15 janvier 2019, il est interdit \u00e0 quiconque d\u2019exercer les activit\u00e9s suivantes :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>la vente de fruits ou l\u00e9gumes frais destin\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00eatre exp\u00e9di\u00e9s ou transport\u00e9s, d\u2019une province \u00e0 une autre, ou \u00e0 \u00eatre export\u00e9s;<\/li>\n<li>l\u2019achat ou la n\u00e9gociation de l\u2019achat pour le compte d\u2019autrui de fruits ou l\u00e9gumes frais destin\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00eatre exp\u00e9di\u00e9s ou transport\u00e9s, d\u2019une province \u00e0 une autre, ou \u00e0 \u00eatre import\u00e9s;<\/li>\n<li>la r\u00e9ception de fruits ou l\u00e9gumes frais qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 exp\u00e9di\u00e9s ou transport\u00e9s, d\u2019une province \u00e0 une autre, ou import\u00e9s;<\/li>\n<li>l\u2019exp\u00e9dition ou le transport, d\u2019une province \u00e0 une autre, ou l\u2019importation ou l\u2019exportation de fruits ou l\u00e9gumes frais.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Il existe cependant certaines exceptions \u00e0 ces dispositions, notamment\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>la personne qui est membre en r\u00e8gle de la Corporation de r\u00e8glement des diff\u00e9rends dans les fruits et l\u00e9gumes<\/li>\n<li>la personne dont la seule activit\u00e9 est la vente de fruits ou l\u00e9gumes frais directement aux consommateurs, si cette personne a pay\u00e9 moins de 100 000 $ pour les fruits et l\u00e9gumes frais qu\u2019elle a vendus aux consommateurs au cours des douze derniers mois.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Un certain nombre de d\u00e9taillants qui n\u2019\u00e9taient oblig\u00e9s de d\u00e9tenir le permis actuel de fruits et l\u00e9gumes de l\u2019ACIA ni d\u2019\u00eatre membre de la DRC pour vendre ou acheter des fruits et l\u00e9gumes sont assujettis au nouveau r\u00e8glement et \u00e0 son exigence d\u2019\u00eatre membre de la DRC.<\/p>\n<p>Cette exigence sera d\u2019un int\u00e9r\u00eat particulier aux d\u00e9taillants ind\u00e9pendants de m\u00eame qu\u2019\u00e0 certains franchis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Pour en savoir davantage, procurez-vous gratuitement l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/fvdrc.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/6_SFCR-DRC-Retail-Foodservice-Certain-Restaurants-Self-Assessment-FRENCH.pdf\">outil d\u2019auto\u00e9valuation de la DRC pour le commerce de d\u00e9tail<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nous souhaitons rappeler aux d\u00e9taillants canadiens qu\u2019ils auraient avantage \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer soigneusement les dispositions r\u00e9glementaires qui exigent l\u2019adh\u00e9sion \u00e0 la DRC.
