Voici quelques exemples o\u00f9 une inspection priv\u00e9e pourrait aider l\u2019acheteur ou le destinataire \u00e0 r\u00e9clamer des dommages\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lorsqu\u2019une inspection gouvernementale n\u2019est pas disponible. \u00c0 notre connaissance, les seuls pays dont les gouvernements offrent ce genre de services sont le Canada et les \u00c9tats-Unis.<\/li>\n<li>Lorsqu\u2019une inspection gouvernementale est disponible, mais qu\u2019elle ne peut \u00eatre effectu\u00e9e dans un d\u00e9lai appropri\u00e9.
