Une fois adopt\u00e9, l\u2019adh\u00e9sion \u00e0 la DRC deviendra obligatoire pour les Canadiens qui ach\u00e8tent, vendent, importent ou exportent des fruits et l\u00e9gumes frais. L&#8217;actuelle Loi sur les produits agricoles au Canada exige soit l\u2019obtention d\u2019un permis de commerce de fruits et l\u00e9gumes frais de l&#8217;Agence canadienne d&#8217;inspection des aliments (ACIA), soit l\u2019adh\u00e9sion \u00e0 la DRC afin d\u2019\u00eatre conforme aux r\u00e8glements. Le nouveau r\u00e8glement n\u2019offrira qu\u2019une seule option\u00a0: \u00eatre membre de la DRC. Ce changement requerra quelques modifications \u00e0 la fa\u00e7on dont la DRC op\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nous proposerons des changements d\u2019ordre administratif aux r\u00e8glements et proc\u00e9dures internes de la DRC lors de notre prochaine Assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale annuelle (AGA) des membres, en juin 2018. Ces changements concernent principalement l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la transparence du processus de demande d\u2019adh\u00e9sion et de son maintien. Avec l\u2019approche de l\u2019AGA et afin d\u2019\u00eatre conforme aux r\u00e8glements administratifs actuels, nous communiquerons les changements propos\u00e9s ainsi que des explications aux membres afin de les aider \u00e0 comprendre les nouvelles modifications aux r\u00e8glements administratifs et la fa\u00e7on dont ils seront concr\u00e8tement appliqu\u00e9s.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nous esp\u00e9rons que vous avez eu la chance de participer \u00e0 nos r\u00e9centes activit\u00e9s de sensibilisation.
