Je suis membre de la DRC. Qu\u2019arrive-t-il lorsque j\u2019ai un diff\u00e9rend avec une entreprise qui n\u2019est pas membre de la DRC?<\/p>\n<p>R. Les membres de la DRC sont tenus de respecter un certain nombre de r\u00e8gles et responsabilit\u00e9s. Ainsi, lorsque survient un diff\u00e9rend, la DRC est alors capable d\u2019aider \u00e0 le r\u00e9soudre. Toutefois, si votre partenaire n\u2019est pas membre de la DRC, les possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019action de la DRC pourraient \u00eatre limit\u00e9es. Cependant, dans l\u2019\u00e9ventualit\u00e9 d\u2019un diff\u00e9rend entre un membre et un non-membre, la DRC pourra quand m\u00eame offrir son aide enti\u00e8re et compl\u00e8te \u00e0 condition que le non-membre accepte de signer la convention de recours volontaire \u00e0 l\u2019arbitrage qui liera les parties jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que soit rendue une \u00e9ventuelle d\u00e9cision arbitrale, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant.<\/p>\n<p>Au moment de signer la convention de recours \u00e0 l\u2019arbitrage, le non-membre devra alors choisir entre deux options\u00a0: Ou bien devenir membre de la DRC ou bien payer les frais exig\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s la s\u00e9lection, le diff\u00e9rend est administr\u00e9 comme si les deux parties \u00e9taient membre de la DRC et le processus r\u00e9gulier d\u00e9bute.<\/p>\n<p>En l\u2019absence d\u2019une convention de recours volontaire \u00e0 l\u2019arbitrage, \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que l\u2019autre partie n\u2019est pas membre, il y a de fortes chances que l\u2019affaire se retrouve devant le tribunal.
