Dans <strong>les huit ouvrables<\/strong> (sans compter les dimanches et autres cong\u00e9s) suivant la r\u00e9ception de l\u2019avis de l\u2019arriv\u00e9e de l\u2019envoi, le destinataire doit demander une inspection et<strong> dans les trois heures apr\u00e8s avoir re\u00e7u un rapport \u00e9crit ou verbal <\/strong>des r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019inspection aviser l\u2019exp\u00e9diteur par \u00e9crit que l\u2019envoi est rejet\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>En mati\u00e8re de fruits et l\u00e9gumes frais, le d\u00e9lai raisonnable pourra varier en fonction du moyen de transport.
