Si hacemos una oferta para llegar a un acuerdo, \u00bfestamos aceptando que no necesitan demostrar da\u00f1os ni proporcionar la documentaci\u00f3n adecuada? \u00bfQu\u00e9 opciones tenemos disponibles.<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 0.875rem\">R. (Respuesta proporcionada por Jaime Bustamante, Gerente de Asistencia Comercial)<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 0.875rem\"> Compatible con las normas de la industria y de la DRC una reclamaci\u00f3n v\u00e1lida consta de tres partes:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>El recibidor debe dar pronto aviso de un problema. En este caso, su cliente parece haber cumplido.<\/li>\n<li>La empresa debe reconocer un incumplimiento del contrato o el cliente debe proporcionar una inspecci\u00f3n federal que demuestre una violaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Aun si la inspecci\u00f3n demuestra que el producto no cumple con los t\u00e9rminos del contrato o con las directrices de Buena Llegada de la DRC, el cliente contin\u00faa con la obligaci\u00f3n de proporcionar el m\u00e9todo utilizado para llegar a la oferta.
