El Sr. Jeff Honey, Director de Servicios de Inspecci\u00f3n de la OPMA, va cubrir asuntos tales como determinar si se justifica una inspecci\u00f3n, revisar los requisitos de los programas de inspecci\u00f3n, interpretar normas grado de calidad tanto canadienses como estadounidenses y otros temas m\u00e1s. Un recibidor actualizado que haya sido entrenado correctamente ahorrar\u00e1 tiempo y dinero para su organizaci\u00f3n. Saliendo de este seminario, los participantes sabr\u00e1n cu\u00e1ndo y c\u00f3mo solicitar inspecciones que sean de m\u00e1xima utilidad al negociar una reclamaci\u00f3n con un embarcador.<\/p>\n<p>La OPMA ha proporcionado seminarios hechos a la medida sobre productos individuales as\u00ed como sesiones personalizadas espec\u00edficas respecto a lo que los asistentes producen y empacan o lo que pudieran almacenar para otros. Antes de unirse a la OPMA en 1995, Jeff trabajaba en la Agencia Canadiense de Inspecci\u00f3n de Alimentos (CFIA &#8211; <em>Canadian Food Inspection Agency<\/em>).
