Esta ser\u00e1 la cuarta visita de la DRC a Fruit Attraction y el regreso a lo que anteriormente se conoc\u00eda como la Convenci\u00f3n Fresh Summit de la PMA.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Con miembros ubicados en 16 pa\u00edses<sup>1<\/sup>, la DRC est\u00e1 ganando un reconocimiento cada vez mayor como proveedor de soluciones globales cuando se trata de resoluci\u00f3n de controversias comerciales privadas entre empresas y la asistencia comercial para los productos agr\u00edcolas que entran al mercado norteamericano.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>La ampliaci\u00f3n del alcance internacional a trav\u00e9s de eventos como Fruit Attraction y otros, es una iniciativa estrat\u00e9gica destinada a ampliar la membres\u00eda y ayudar a los socios comerciales en una serie de asuntos como:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>problemas de calidad y condici\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>contratos de venta y cuestiones relacionadas con el incumplimiento del contrato por cualquiera de las partes<\/li>\n<li>disputas sobre temas de transporte<\/li>\n<li>controversias por pago lento, pagos parciales y por falta de pago<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u009f t\u00e9rminos comerciales (INCOTERMS vs t\u00e9rminos norteamericanos)<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Los profesionales de asistencia comercial de la DRC han alcanzado un alto nivel de experiencia en la resoluci\u00f3n de controversias durante los \u00faltimos 20 a\u00f1os y tambi\u00e9n pueden ayudar a los exportadores a entender y cumplir con varios requisitos de importaci\u00f3n.
