En este art\u00edculo revisaremos el procedimiento para pagar la fianza con la DRC.<\/p>\n<p>Los solicitantes de membres\u00eda de la DRC, Miembros, Personas y Empleados Conectados a la Responsabilidad, deben cumplir con ciertas condiciones <em>para que la compa\u00f1\u00eda<\/em> se convierta en miembro y mantenga la membres\u00eda en la DRC. Cuando no se cumplen esas condiciones, es posible que se requiera que los solicitantes y miembros paguen una fianza. La fianza consiste en una suma de dinero dada a la DRC (por un per\u00edodo de tiempo definido) por un miembro como una promesa de realizar negocios de acuerdo con nuestras reglas.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>La DRC requiere la seguridad financiera de ciertos miembros como garant\u00eda a nuestros miembros de que la entidad que paga la fianza realizar\u00e1 negocios de acuerdo con nuestras reglas. Las razones para solicitar fianzas pueden incluir el empleo de una persona que haya sido previamente insolvente; que haya sido nombrado en una orden judicial; que no haya pagado un laudo arbitral; que no pudo probar que se puedan cumplir las obligaciones financieras; que haya sido expulsado de la DRC en los \u00faltimos cinco a\u00f1os, etc. Adem\u00e1s, un miembro que normalmente ser\u00eda expulsado de la membres\u00eda de la DRC puede evitar la expulsi\u00f3n mediante el pago de una fianza.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Una vez que se determina que se debe pagar la fianza, la persona debe proporcionar a la DRC una tarifa de inicio no reembolsable de $1,000.00 m\u00e1s impuestos, si corresponde. Una vez recibida, la DRC proporcionar\u00e1 informaci\u00f3n sobre el tama\u00f1o de la fianza que tendr\u00eda que ser pagada. La fianza puede ser en forma de garant\u00eda, efectivo o cheque certificado o una carta de cr\u00e9dito irrevocable pagadera a la DRC por una instituci\u00f3n financiera.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>El per\u00edodo para prestar una fianza es de 30 d\u00edas y comienza cuando se recibe la tarifa de inicio no reembolsable.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Cualquier fianza proporcionada a la DRC debe ir acompa\u00f1ada del acuerdo de seguridad de la DRC. La fianza se contabilizar\u00e1 durante tres a\u00f1os y nueve meses a partir de la fecha de emisi\u00f3n.
