{"id":5545,"date":"2021-09-01T10:52:27","date_gmt":"2021-09-01T14:52:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fvdrc.com\/?p=5545"},"modified":"2021-09-01T10:52:28","modified_gmt":"2021-09-01T14:52:28","slug":"notificacion-de-controversia-guia-de-instrucciones","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fvdrc.com\/es\/solutions\/notificacion-de-controversia-guia-de-instrucciones\/","title":{"rendered":"NOTIFICACI\u00d3N DE CONTROVERSIA: GU\u00cdA DE INSTRUCCIONES"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Para iniciar una reclamaci\u00f3n formal a trav\u00e9s del Proceso de Soluci\u00f3n de Controversias de la DRC, los miembros deben presentar una Notificaci\u00f3n de Controversia (NOD).<\/p>\n<p>Una NOD representa su oportunidad de explicar: \u00bfQui\u00e9n es usted? \u00bfContra qui\u00e9n reclama? \u00bfQu\u00e9 ha sucedido que ha llevado a la controversia? \u00bfQu\u00e9 reparaci\u00f3n busca?<\/p>\n<p>Tenga en cuenta que, para presentar una NOD con \u00e9xito, las reglas de Soluci\u00f3n de Controversias de la DRC exigen que los miembros presenten su reclamaci\u00f3n en un plazo de nueve (9) meses a partir del momento en que surgi\u00f3 la reclamaci\u00f3n o cuando el reclamante deber\u00eda haber conocido razonablemente su existencia.<\/p>\n<p>La siguiente gu\u00eda explica cada uno de los elementos de la plantilla de la <a href=\"https:\/\/fvdrc.com\/es\/que-hacemos\/plantillas-de-disputa\/\">Notificaci\u00f3n de Controversia<\/a> que la DRC proporciona a los miembros que desean presentar su reclamaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n<table width=\"680\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"198\">\n<p><strong><u>INSTRUCCIONES<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<td width=\"482\">\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"198\">\n<p><strong>Membrete de la empresa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<td width=\"482\">\n<p>Presente su NOD en papel con membrete de la empresa.
