El CCFFV aprob\u00f3 las versiones finales de las normas de clasificaci\u00f3n para el ajo, la patata (papa) de consumo y el kiwi. El Comit\u00e9 tambi\u00e9n trabaj\u00f3 en proyectos de normas para el \u00f1ame, la cebolla y los chalotes, las bayas y los d\u00e1tiles frescos.<\/p>\n<p>Se utiliza el Codex de una manera similar a c\u00f3mo se utilizan las normas de clasificaci\u00f3n de calidad de Canad\u00e1 y EUA en transacciones en Am\u00e9rica del Norte para determinar la calidad del producto y resolver disputas. El Codex Alimentarius es una colecci\u00f3n de normas alimentarias y textos afines adoptados internacionalmente y presentados de manera uniforme. Toda esta documentaci\u00f3n tiene por objeto proteger la salud de los consumidores, garantizar pr\u00e1cticas leales en el comercio de alimentos y resolver controversias.
