En esta edici\u00f3n, repasaremos c\u00f3mo est\u00e1n conectadas las Directrices de buena llegada de la DRC (Buena llegada) y los INCOTERMS.<\/p>\n<p>Buena Llegada es una combinaci\u00f3n de las Directrices de Buena Entrega de 5 d\u00edas FOB de la PACA, las Tolerancias Reglamentarias Canadienses a Destino de la CFIA, y las Directrices sobre Condiciones Apropiadas de Embarque, que establecen el porcentaje m\u00e1ximo de defectos permitidos en el destino para las transacciones de punto de expedici\u00f3n FOB. Buena Llegada asume que las ventas son puntos de expedici\u00f3n FOB con respecto al riesgo, independientemente de c\u00f3mo se facture el flete.<\/p>\n<p>La Secci\u00f3n 20 de las Normas de Comercio de la DRC, T\u00e9rminos de Comercio, establece que INCOTERMS como CPT, CIP, CFR y CIF se consideran todos iguales a FOB, excepto que el vendedor asume los costos asociados con el INCOTERM nombrado.
