Este art\u00edculo pretende responder a esas preguntas y m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>Es importante no confundir la Confirmaci\u00f3n de Venta de un corredor, como se define en la Secci\u00f3n 11 de las <a href=\"https:\/\/fvdrc.com\/es\/normas\/\">Normas de Comercio de la DRC<\/a>, con un Formulario de Confirmaci\u00f3n de Venta (formulario CdV) de la Agencia Canadiense de Inspecci\u00f3n de Alimentos (CFIA) requerido para acompa\u00f1ar las importaciones a Canad\u00e1. Desde el 11 de enero de 2016, los importadores ten\u00edan la opci\u00f3n de enviar manualmente un formulario CdV al momento de la entrada o enviar la misma informaci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nicamente, por adelantado, a trav\u00e9s de eManifest, el Sistema de revisi\u00f3n previa a la llegada (PARS) o por EDI. Cuando el nuevo <em>Reglamento sobre la Salubridad de los Alimentos de Canad\u00e1<\/em> <em>(SFCR)<\/em> entre en vigencia el 15 de enero de 2019, el Formulario CdV ya no ser\u00e1 una opci\u00f3n proporcionada por la CFIA.<\/p>\n<p>Por el contrario, un corredor de frutas y hortalizas \u2013que no es lo mismo que un corredor de aduanas\u2013, es una persona o empresa que negocia transacciones entre el comprador y el vendedor, pero que no es parte de la transacci\u00f3n. Un verdadero corredor emite confirmaciones escritas o electr\u00f3nicas que muestren todos los t\u00e9rminos del contrato que el comprador y el vendedor hayan acordado, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n la identidad del vendedor y del comprador. Este documento a menudo se conoce como &#8220;Confirmaci\u00f3n de venta del Corredor&#8221;.
